Speed: Specify how fast the ticker should scroll (5 being fastest)
Direction: Specify Direction to Crawl.
Number of Entries: Specify the maximum number of entries you wish to display.
ToolTips: Specify whether to display ToolTips for each entry.
Refresh Timeout: Specify how frequently to refresh entries (in minutes)
Border Color: Specify the desired color for the Border.
Font Name: Specify the Name of the Font to display in Text mode.
